CENTRAL HUB FOR FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
VCVRT Staff College will conduct
regular training classes for VTC Centres as well as conduct meetings regularly
to maintain the quality and standard of education. Ways for improving the
quality and maintain race with new technology are discussed and executed
accordingly. All queries of VTCs are discussed and problems are brought to
spotlight.
During the second session the statuary
requirements will discussed, up to date government regulations regarding
vocational education will be discussed. New techniques in teaching, mou etc
will be brought to light. Date of meeting will be sent to VTCs one week prior
to the meeting.
The VCVRT Staff Training serves as the
primary center for faculty and staff training. It conducts regular training
sessions and meetings aimed at possible and suitable venu

Addressing Institutional Queries:
Providing a platform for Vocational Training Centres (VTCs) to raise concerns
and seek guidance on various operational aspects.
Updating on Regulatory Requirements:
Informing staff about the latest government regulations and statutory
requirements related to vocational education.
Introducing Innovative Teaching
Techniques: Sharing new methodologies and tools to enrich the teaching-learning
process.
Meetings are scheduled regularly, with
dates communicated to VTCs at least one week in advance.
As part of its commitment to
maintaining high educational standards, VCVRT mandates that each affiliated VTC
ensures the participation of at least two faculty members in a one-day training
program annually. These sessions, conducted by the VCVRT Staff Training, focus
on:
