APPROVAL HOW TO GET
Educational Institutions and
Vocational Skill Training Centres: Both existing and newly established entities
aiming to offer online and on-campus courses.
Individuals with Vocational Expertise:
Professionals possessing expertise in specific vocational skills with job
potential, capable of training aspirants, provided they meet infrastructure and
other eligibility requirements.
Application Submission: Complete the prescribed application form, available on the VCVRT
website, and submit it along with necessary enclosures, such as photographs of
the building, registration documents, infrastructure details, and faculty
information.
Scrutiny of Application: VCVRT reviews the submitted application and supporting documents
for completeness and compliance.
Fee Payment: Upon successful scrutiny, the applicant must pay the requisite
fees, including course-specific fees and recognition charges.
Acknowledgment and Processing: VCVRT acknowledges receipt of the application and proceeds with
further processing.
Physical Inspection: A VCVRT team conducts a physical inspection of the applicant's
premises to verify infrastructure and facilities.
Signing of Memorandum of Understanding
(MoU): Post-inspection, an MoU is signed between VCVRT and the
applicant institution.
Granting of Affiliation: Upon successful completion of the above steps, VCVRT grants
affiliation to the institution.
Student Registration: Maintain records of all students admitted and register them with
VCVRT using the provided forms.
Course Conduct: Only conduct full-time courses affiliated with VCVRT; part-time
courses require special permission.
Infrastructure: Ensure adequate infrastructure, including classrooms,
laboratories, and other facilities as per VCVRT norms.
Staffing: Provide complete profiles and appointment orders of all staff
members to VCVRT.
Attendance Records: Maintain separate attendance registers for students and staff
for each course.
Class Size: Each class should have a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30
students.
Syllabus and Schedule: Strictly follow the syllabus provided by VCVRT, along with the
prescribed schedule and timetable.
Exclusive Affiliation: The institution should be affiliated only with VCVRT and not
share resources with institutions affiliated to other organizations.
Inspection: VCVRT reserves the right to conduct inspections without prior
notice.
Renewal: Affiliation is valid for one academic year and must be renewed annual
