1. Trust /Society/Individual who want to start the institute should apply the prescribed application form with all necessary enclosures.
  2. Existing institute should not be shifted without permission VCVRT Central Office. Approval is invalid for other than that premises shifting should be made before the commencement of the concerned academic year and should not affect the students of the institute. For shifting, separate application is to submitted to the VCVRT.
  3. To run part time courses, the management should obtain special permission from VCVRT Central Office.
  4. Institute which run other Certificate, Diploma or Degree Courses should not award any certificate merging the same with the VCVRT courses available in the institute.
  5. The class room/practical work shop should be in the R.C. Building/Building with Asbestos roof and adequate space.
  6. Lavatory and water facilities should be provided.
  7. Proper adequate ventilation, lighting should be provided for theory and practical class rooms.
  8. Circulating false information without the consent of VCVRT will lead to termination of the approval of the institute.
  9. After getting approval from VCVRT, the management of the institute should conduct classes as per VCVRT norms and prepare the students for final examination conducted by VCVRT.
  10. Fees paid to VCVRT by DD. Online (or) Cash will not be refunded and adjusted.
  11. Only VCVRT holds the power to accept (or) reject the application for starting new institute.
  12. VCVRT MOU & approval is valid only for one academic year. Approval must renewed by the institute every year.
  13. Courses name and duration should not be changed by the VTCs without the knowledge of VCVRT.
  14. If the management lacks hospital, laboratories and other kind of workshop for imparting practical training to the students, tie-up with existing hospital, laboratories and other kind of workshop is necessary.
  15. Students are to be admitted based on available infrastructure. VCVRT approval committee will come and inspect the facilities which are provided to the students.
  16. Medium of instruction may be in English, Hindi or student's mother language.
  17. Proper attendance records of students and teaching staff is to be maintained,
  18. The Academic year should be from June to April each year.
  19. Adequate class hours and practical hours should be maintained in the institute. At the time renewal of approval statistics should be submitted. It should contain percentage of employment.
  20. Number of students in each class room should not exceed.
  21. Examinations will be conducted in approved institutes. Examiners will be nominated by VCVRT Examination committee.
  22. For courses with a duration of less than 6 months examination is provided on demand.
  23. Record note, ID Card are compulsory to student those who are undergoing short term courses also.
  24. Two faculty members of VTC should undergo one day training programme every year at "VCVRT STAFF COLLEGE".
  25. Minimum level infrastructure is enough to run VCVRT Courses. Based on students strength develop your institute's infrastructure. Any way VCVRT Executive Committee will inspect the institute at anytime.
  26. Student assessment form available in web portal must be submitted to VCVRT before the commencement of exam.
